Payment
I accept all purchases by credit card, debit card or bank account via PayPal through this website. (Keep in mind you no longer need to setup a Paypal account to checkout.) Paypal, the global leader in online payments, is a safe, secure way to purchase items over the internet.

Shipping
All orders shipped within the U.S. are mailed via the United States Postal Service. All orders will be shipped within 7 business days. Given the estimated delivery times, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive, once it has shipped. If you need it by a specific date, please let me know. You will receive notification via email from Paypal to the email address associated with your Paypal account once your order ships.

Shipping & Handling Charges
The fees below apply to orders shipped within the United States only. Delivery times may vary but First Class mail generally takes 3 to 5 days and Priority Mail generally takes 2 to 3 days to arrive once shipped.

$10.01 to $30	$ 5.50 fee	via USPS Priority Mail
$30.01 to $60	$ 7.50 fee	via USPS Priority Mail
$60.01 to $99	$ 9.00 fee	via USPS Priority Mail
$99.01 + up	$10.00 fee	via USPS Priority Mail

International orders from outside the United States must pay an additional $10 fee to the rates listed above and will ship via alternate methods as detailed below. Please note: This fee recently increased due to the USPS postal rate increases made in May 2007.

Worldwide Shipping
Orders can be shipped to most any country for an additional $10 fee for this service. You will need to add this additional fee to your shopping cart in addition to paying the normal shipping fees above. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International to all countries it supports. Delivery times for Priority Mail International are generally 6 to 10 days once shipped. If this option is not supported in your country, your order will be shipped via First Class Mail International by the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery times for First Class Mail International vary and may take up to 3 weeks once shipped. However, packages can take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping Fees
If you need your order guaranteed for overnight, 2 or 3 day delivery, please contact me in advance so I can determine whether it is feasible and be able to accurately quote you the additional expedited shipping fee charges.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected from individuals who reside in South Carolina which is currently taxed at a rate of 5%. Please be advised that the burden of all other tax liabilities fall on the responsibility of the buyer not the seller.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale information is available upon request. For more information on pricing and availability, please email me at wholesale@thesmallobject.com. I will then send you a link to wholesale pricing + details online. When emailing, please try to include the following information: items and quantity you are interested in carrying, brief description of store and valid resale number and/or business license so that I may accurately quote the cost, availability and timeframe for delivery.

Consignment Orders
While I very much appreciate your interest, at this time, I am not able to consider any additional consignment opportunities. I am very fortunate to be working with a number of wonderful partners right now. As a result, I would not be able to keep up with the demands of adding additional consignment stores right now. (However, please be aware that you can still place wholesale orders.).

Returns and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me but I know that may not always happen. (Though I aim for 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time!) Items may be returned within 7 days, provided you follow the instructions and that they meet the requirements detailed below.

If you find an item is grossly misrepresented you may return the item, but you must FIRST email me and let me know the problem with the item and to receive authorization. (If you do not receive prior authorization, you will not be eligible for a refund.) After receiving authorization, you must ship the item back to me within 7 days of the delivery confirmation of your order. Items must be shipped via method comparable to USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process. Any returned item will need to be unused and in resale mint condition for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.

Handcrafted Nature of Collection
All items in The Small Object collection are designed by yours truly. While there are items that may be printed out of house, some items are handmade from start to finish. Please review the product description for each item to determine how it was made. Items made by hand means there will be some subtle variations from item to item and that's what makes handmade better--it's made just for you!

The Small Object Rubber Stamp Copyright Policy
The designs in The Small Object rubber stamp collection are original and copyrighted. The purchaser of a stamp from The Small Object is granted a limited license to use such product, for personal, noncommercial use only.

Products from The Small Object stamp collection may be used for unique handstamped work only. In no circumstances is mechanical or electronic reproduction allowed.

Now, do you have a stamp and want to use it make some cash money? Let me know! Reproduction of The Small Object stamps or images in any way for either commercial use or in an inappropriate manner is prohibited without written consent. This means, prior written permission is required before you use our stamps on any item that is for sale. (However, as a general rule, permission will be granted for production of not more than 100 items in a 12 month period.)

Privacy Policy
Will I share your information with anyone? Never! I will only ever send you our newsletter if you opt to subscribe. Otherwise, I will only contact you to communicate with you about your order. I will never share, lend or allow anyone else to buy your information from me. (I'm with you-I hate spam, too!)
